Deck overview

This is a Gruul land-animation snowball deck built around the earthbend mechanic. The commander, Bumi, Unleashed, turns lands into hasty, counter-carrying creatures on ETB, then multiplies combat steps: whenever Bumi connects, he untaps all your lands and creates an additional combat phase in which only land creatures can attack. The deck floods the board with animated lands, +1/+1 counters, and power-4 creatures, then wins by burying opponents under repeated combat phases. The primary path is combat damage from a growing land-creature army, with Toph, the Blind Bandit and Toph, Greatest Earthbender turning accumulated counters into enormous attackers. The secondary explosive line is Anzrag, the Quake-Mole, which can chain extra combats when it is blocked. The deck is a mid-speed, value-heavy combat deck that leans on redundancy rather than tutors or stack interaction.
