Deck overview

This Simic Landfall deck is built around Aesi, Tyrant of Gyre Strait, leveraging dense 1-to-3 CMC green ramp to power out the commander by turn 5. Once operational, Aesi compounds card advantage rapidly, weaponizing normal land drops and fetchlands into steady card flow. Rather than grinding opponents down purely through combat, the deck looks to assemble a game-ending infinite landfall loop using Retreat to Coralhelm, a bounce land like Simic Growth Chamber, and a tap-to-drop creature such as Sakura-Tribe Scout. This infinite loop draws the entire library while generating surplus mana through untapped basics or Tireless Provisioner, culminating in a deterministic same-turn victory with Laboratory Maniac or Psychosis Crawler. High-quality free interaction defends the win, though the deck relies on sheer draw volume rather than specific tutors to assemble its win conditions.
