Deck overview

This deck is a synergistic Selesnya lifegain and big-mana strategy piloted by Kwia Vigorbloom. The primary game plan uses low-cost lifegain permanents like Soul's Attendant, Authority of the Consuls, and incidental Food tokens to trigger Kwia's ability every turn cycle. Each lifegain trigger creates a Lotus token that sacrifices for three mana of any color, generating massive mana velocity. The deck channels this surplus mana into game-ending board states through cards like Genesis Wave, Crested Sunmare, Ob Nixilis, the Ascended, and token overruns with Mirror Entity and Overrun. A dense package of 1–2 CMC mana ramp ensures Kwia lands ahead of curve on Turn 4–5, while a suite of protective instants (Heroic Intervention, Tamiyo's Safekeeping) safeguards the board against removal. The deck consistently establishes a must-answer threat on Turn 6 and closes the game on Turn 7.
