Deck overview

Led by Teval, the Balanced Scale, this deck is a Sultai graveyard midrange and reanimator strategy that converts self-mill into continuous land ramp and token production. The early game establishes mana development and stocks the graveyard through low-cost enablers such as Satyr Wayfinder, Grisly Salvage, and Life from the Loam. On Turn 4, Teval enters play and begins attacking on Turn 5, milling cards, recurring lands, and creating 2/2 Zombie Druid tokens. In the mid game, engines like Conduit of Worlds, Meren of Clan Nel Toth, and Colossal Grave-Reaver maintain resource dominance. The deck closes games around Turn 8 via mass reanimation from Living Death, wide evasive attacks powered by Avenger of Zendikar and Wonder, or direct life-drain flings using Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord with an enormous Lord of Extinction.
