bears by Astriado

Format: Commander

Commander: Beorn the Fierce

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This mono-green deck builds a wide board of Bears and changelings, using Beorn the Fierce as both a lord and a draw engine. The primary plan is to ramp into Beorn, flood the battlefield with Bear tokens and Bear creatures, then finish with classic green overrun effects. The commander's combat trigger turns any creature into a Bear and draws two cards once you control three Bears, so Maskwood Nexus and Dancing from Dark to Dawn maximize the count. Secondary wins come from huge single-turn pumps such as Overrun, Unnatural Growth, and Beastmaster Ascension. The deck has no infinite combos; it wins by attacking with large, trampling creatures.
