Deck overview

This is a Boros stax-aggro deck helmed by Winota, Joiner of Forces, built to cheat game-ending Humans into play off the back of non-Human attackers. The early game develops a dense stax shell - Archon of Emeria, Deafening Silence, Thalia, Guardian of Thraben, Magus of the Moon, Aven Mindcensor - to slow the table, then deploys cheap non-Human attackers (Goldhound, Ornithopter, Signal Pest, Phoenix Chick) to trigger Winota. Each attack digs six cards deep and puts a Human onto the battlefield tapped and attacking with indestructible. The payoff Humans - Blade Historian, Angrath's Marauders, Combat Celebrant - turn a wide board into lethal through double strike, damage doubling, and extra combat chains. Secondary lines include Breath of Fury loops and Rionya, Fire Dancer copying Combat Celebrant for multiple extra combats. The deck wins through combat damage, protected by Grand Abolisher and a suite of indestructible-granting effects.
