Deck overview

This Rakdos deck centers around Ob Nixilis, Captive Kingpin, utilizing cheap group slug pingers and noncreature spell triggers to generate massive impulse card advantage and commander counters. The deck accelerates ahead of curve using low-cost rituals and artifacts, aiming to assemble All Will Be One to initiate an infinite damage loop that ends the game on Turn 4. As an alternate win condition, it runs the compact Dualcaster Mage and Twinflame infinite attacker line. Opponents face severe attrition from cards like Manabarbs, Roiling Vortex, and Orcish Bowmasters, which punish normal play patterns such as land tapping, card draw, and free spellcasting while feeding Ob Nixilis triggers. The deck protects its combo turns using high-tempo redirection spells like Deflecting Swat and Bolt Bend, alongside targeted counterspells like Pyroblast, ensuring a fast, resilient, and proactive path to victory.
