Deck overview

This deck is a synergistic Boros Dwarf Tribal and Equipment strategy led by Thorin Oakenshield. The primary game plan involves curving out low-mana Dwarves and legendary artifacts to quickly trigger the Storied mechanic, granting passive Ward {1} protection across all creatures and artifacts. The deck rapidly accelerates its mana through Dwarf-generated Treasures from cards like Magda, Brazen Outlaw and Glóin, Dwarf Emissary. It transitions into the midgame by deploying high-impact Equipment such as Colossus Hammer, Bloodforged Battle-Axe, and Embercleave, bypassing heavy equip costs with Bruenor Battlehammer, Puresteel Paladin, and Forge Anew. Combat damage scales exponentially with double strike enablers like Reyav, Master Smith and Two-Handed Axe // Sweeping Cleave, allowing the deck to eliminate opponents in rapid succession while holding open instant-speed protection via a Sunforger toolbox.
