Deck overview

This Sultai deck is a tutor-heavy combo deck built to win with Thassa's Oracle. The primary plan uses Demonic Consultation or Enter the Infinite to empty the library and win with Oracle, tutored by 18 tutors. Secondary wins use infinite creature loops: Grand Architect + Pili-Pala for infinite mana into Enter the Infinite, Scurry Oak + Herd Baloth + Ivy Lane Denizen and Marrow-Gnawer + Thornbite Staff for infinite tokens that drain with Mirkwood Bats, Blood Artist or Zulaport Cutthroat, and Gravecrawler + Phyrexian Altar loops. Zaxara, the Exemplary is only ramp, tapping for two mana; its Hydra ability is unused as the deck runs no X spells. The hidden commanders are Grand Architect and Phyrexian Altar as engines.
