This mono-blue competitive deck uses Samut, Tyrant of Naktamun to grant all instant and sorcery spells split second. The primary game plan accelerates into an Isochron Scepter imprinting Dramatic Reversal alongside positive mana rocks like Sol Ring and Mana Vault. Once operational, the combo generates infinite colorless and colored mana while untapping nonland permanents indefinitely. The pilot draws the entire library using The One Ring or Sensei's Divining Top, then eliminates all three opponents in the same turn with a split-second Brain Freeze storm loop or Jace, Wielder of Mysteries. A dense suite of free counterspells, efficient artifact tutors, and backup storm engines like Displacer Kitten and Valley Floodcaller make the deck extremely resilient and lethal by Turn 3.
