Deck overview

This deck is an aggressive Rakdos Outlaw tribal deck led by Laughing Jasper Flint. The primary game plan curves out early with low-cost Outlaw creatures—including Assassins, Mercenaries, Pirates, Rogues, and Warlocks—during the first two turns. Casting Laughing Jasper Flint on turn 3 turns this board presence into a card-theft engine that exiles cards from opponents' libraries every upkeep. The deck casts those stolen spells using mana of any color to expand its board and gain card advantage. Incremental damage from Cavalcade of Calamity, Pulse Tracker, and Razorkin Needlehead softens life totals before closing the game with wide combat attacks, Street Riot, or direct damage spells like Exsanguinate and Fireball. While the engine operates consistently on curve, the list lacks countermagic, enchantment removal, and protection spells, making it vulnerable to board wipes and removal targeted at its commander.
