Deck overview

This is a Grixis reanimator/value deck built around Sauron, the Dark Lord and the Ring-tempt mechanic. The core loop is to generate repeated Ring-tempt triggers from the nine Nazgul, Call of the Ring, Bilbo, Retired Burglar, and Army combat damage, then convert each trigger into Sauron's "discard your hand, draw four" wheel. That fills the graveyard with reanimation targets while also churning through the deck. Primary wins come from mass reanimation - Living Death, Rise of the Dark Realms, and Afterlife from the Loam - plus treasure-fueled dragon combat from Smaug, Wicked Worm and Cavern-Hoard Dragon. The burst finish is Terror of the Peaks combined with a large Devastating Onslaught, turning token copies into lethal damage. Secondary drain lines use Sheoldred, the Apocalypse and Orcish Bowmasters alongside Windfall.
