This Edgar Markov deck pilots a classic Mardu Vampire tribal strategy, leveraging the commander's eminence ability to generate a relentless token army while casting cheap vampires. The primary game plan is to establish a wide board of vampires and drain opponents incrementally through Blood Artist-style effects, then close the game either via overwhelming combat (boosted by Edgar's attack trigger) or an infinite life-drain loop.
