Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Jeskai deck helmed by Kykar, Wind's Fury deploys a polymorph value strategy. The primary game plan uses Kykar's token generation to fuel a suite of transformation effects-Polymorph, Mass Polymorph, Proteus Staff, Divergent Transformations, Reality Scramble, Transmogrify, Synthetic Destiny, and Fireflux Squad-to cheat out a small suite of high-impact creatures: Avacyn, Angel of Hope, Ancient Gold Dragon, Ancient Silver Dragon, Hullbreaker Horror, and Niv-Mizzet, Parun. The deck backs this with a dense layer of card selection (Brainstorm, Ponder, Opt, etc.), repeatable draw engines (Whirlwind of Thought, Jeskai Ascendancy, Tocasia's Welcome, S kullclamp), and a sturdy interaction suite (7 counterspells, instant-speed removal, and two board wipes). Victory comes through overwhelming combat damage from the cheated creatures, with Ancient Silver Dragon providing massive card advantage and Avacyn locking out wipes.
