Deck overview

Golbez, Crystal Collector anchors a versatile Dimir artifact combo and aristocrats deck. Golbez filters draws by surveilling on artifact entry, while his end-step ability recurs high-power creatures like Phyrexian Dreadnought and Metalwork Colossus to drain opponents for up to twelve life each turn. Beyond commander burn, the deck deploys potent infinite combos. It loops Sensei's Divining Top with Bolas's Citadel or Mystic Forge and cost reducers into Aetherflux Reservoir, uses Krark-Clan Ironworks with Scrap Trawler and Myr Retriever to drain the table via Disciple of the Vault, or animates its board with Cyberdrive Awakener for an overwhelming lethal alpha strike.
