Commander: The Notary Hobbits

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

The Notary Hobbits is a mono-green ramp engine that creates two token copies on entry, turning one commander into three Halflings that tap for nine colorless mana per turn. The primary plan is to ramp into the commander, then use that mana to cast high-cost Eldrazi and dragons, drawing cards with Garruk's Uprising, Selvala, and Greater Good, and winning through trample and annihilator combat. Secondary paths include an Umbral Mantle combo that makes the Hobbits or Fanatic of Rhonas arbitrarily large, and an Echoes of Eternity plus Glaring Fleshraker engine that converts colorless spells into damage and Spawn tokens. Selvala acts as a secondary mana engine, but there is no true hidden commander.
