Deck overview

Olivia, Opulent Outlaw commands an aggressive Mardu typal deck focused on outlaws (Assassins, Mercenaries, Pirates, Rogues, and Warlocks) and Treasure token generation. The deck curves low-cost, evasive creatures like Changeling Outcast and Francisco, Fowl Marauder into early combat triggers, amassing Treasures whenever outlaws deal combat damage to players. Olivia converts these banked Treasures into permanent +1/+1 counters across the entire team at sorcery speed, turning wide boards of small creatures into lethal threats. Alternate win conditions like Vihaan, Goldwaker instantly animate Treasures into 3/3 attackers with vigilance and haste, while Academy Manufactor and Anointed Procession accelerate resource production. The deck defends its board with premier protection spells like Clever Concealment and Flawless Maneuver while disrupting opponents with efficient spot removal. Although it lacks infinite combos and specific card tutors, the list achieves high resilience through mass reanimation effects such as Back in Town and Graywater's Fixer.
