Deck overview

This deck is a Sultai graveyard and landfall midrange deck commanded by Teval, the Balanced Scale. The game plan combines self-mill, land acceleration, and token generation into a resilient board-building engine. In the early game, the deck establishes mana velocity using traditional ramp spells before deploying Teval on Turn 3 or 4. Each attack from Teval mills cards, returns lands directly to the battlefield, and generates 2/2 Zombie Druid tokens. Mid-game engines like Six, Muldrotha, the Gravetide, and Aesi, Tyrant of Gyre Strait turn the graveyard into a second hand while expanding the creature board. By Turn 6, the deck converts wide token boards into an immediate win using Craterhoof Behemoth, mass reanimation via Living Death, or life-drain finishes through Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord and Torment of Hailfire.
