Deck overview

This deck is a high-power Rakdos control and forced-combat deck led by Kardur, Doomscourge. The primary strategy revolves around using efficient mana acceleration to deploy Kardur on turn 4, forcing all opponents to attack each other while completely shielding your life total. Once combat is redirected, the deck compounds the pressure through continuous blink engines like Conjurer's Closet, mass sacrifice effects like Archfiend of Depravity, and damage multipliers like Repercussion and Dictate of the Twin Gods. A robust package of black tutors ensures fast access to vital pieces, while high-velocity draw engines like The One Ring, Necropotence, and Valgavoth, Harrower of Souls keep resources flowing. Opponents are systematically ground down through forced trades and Kardur's drain triggers before being finished by Massacre Wurm or damage-reflecting board wipes.
