Deck overview

This deck is a Jeskai Legendary Wizard tribal and high-impact spellslinger build piloted by Gandalf, Party Guest. Rather than casting dozens of cheap cantrips in a single turn, the strategy establishes a solid board of legendary Wizards to amplify Gandalf's combat trigger, casting massive 6- to 8-CMC spells for free. Cost reducers such as Kaza, Roil Chaser, Mizzix of the Izmagnus, and The Scarlet Witch offer redundancy, allowing large spells to be cast even when Gandalf is absent. The deck controls the board with asymmetric interactions such as Urza's Ruinous Blast and Aether Gale while drawing cards with Azami, Lady of Scrolls and Raff, Weatherlight Stalwart. The win condition relies on overwhelming creature tokens from Multiversal Incursion or heavy team-wide combat buffs from Balmor, Battlemage Captain.
