Deck overview

This deck is a Naya Equipment Voltron strategy helmed by Cloud, Ex-SOLDIER. The primary game plan revolves around casting high-stat Equipment on early turns, then resolving Cloud on Turn 4 to take advantage of his haste and automatic attach trigger. By reaching 7 power immediately with pieces like Colossus Hammer or Buster Sword, Cloud generates card advantage and Treasure tokens on every swing. The deck accelerates its damage clock using multiple combat step enablers like Tifa, Martial Artist, Hexplate Wallbreaker, and Genji Glove, or an alternate game-ending combo with Godo, Bandit Warlord and Helm of the Host. A strong suite of protective instants, including Clever Concealment, Heroic Intervention, and Deflecting Swat, shields the board from opposing disruption while the deck eliminates opponents across consecutive combat phases.
