Ozai delivers immediate offensive momentum through haste, trample, and firebending 4, while preventing unspent mana from emptying by converting it into persistent red mana across phases. The deck accelerates in the opening turns using efficient rocks and rituals like Dark Ritual and Jeska's Will. Deploying Ozai on Turn 4 generates immediate firebending mana that banks into subsequent turns, granting Ozai flying and indestructible once six unspent mana accumulates. On Turn 5, this stored mana fuels decisive win conditions: resolving massive burn spells like Crackle with Power, devastating boards with Torment of Hailfire, or executing an infinite combat loop with Avatar Roku, Firebender and Aggravated Assault.
