Deck overview

Kykar, Zephyr Awakener rewards the deck for casting noncreature spells by making flying Spirits, while the creature package supplies repeated enter-the-battlefield value. The main ordinary plan is to assemble Kykar, Soulherder, and an ETB creature such as Aether Channeler. Repeated blinking draws cards and gradually increases the board. After several turns, Moonshaker Cavalry gives the accumulated creatures flying and a large power boost, creating the first serious lethal threat around turn 10 and usually finishing through combat on turn 11. The deck has useful removal, sweepers, and some countermagic, but its expensive setup is exposed and its access package is incomplete. Deadeye Navigator plus Peregrine Drake is a genuine infinite-mana combo, yet both cards are expensive and lack reliable joint tutoring; the combo also needs a separate payoff. The list is therefore a general high-synergy Commander deck rather than a cEDH construction.
