Deck overview

This is a Golgari sacrifice, token, and creature-tutor deck led by Chatterfang, Squirrel General. Its cleanest primary win is Witherbloom Apprentice plus Chain of Smog. The deck uses acceleration and tutors to put the creature into play, then casts Chain of Smog and copies it repeatedly. Each copy triggers Witherbloom Apprentice, draining all three opponents without combat. Ordinary assembly is around turn 5, while stronger ritual hands can act earlier. The deck also has a substantial backup engine: Scurry Oak and Ivy Lane Denizen create unlimited Squirrels, with cards such as Zulaport Cutthroat, Bastion of Remembrance, Marionette Apprentice, or Chatterfang, Squirrel General converting that board into control or damage. Interaction is respectable, but protection and stack coverage are not deep enough for a consistent cEDH profile. The main weakness is that the primary creature is easy to remove before the finishing spell is cast.
