Commander: Uugguu, the Omniplasm

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Uugguu, the Omniplasm is a Sultai Ooze-tribal engine that converts death triggers into an army. The primary plan is to put nontoken Oozes into play through reanimation, sacrifice them to outlets like Ashnod's Altar or High Market, and let Uugguu turn each death into two 2/2 Ooze copies. Parallel Lives and Adrix and Nev, Twincasters then double those copies into a true swarm. The deck finishes through wide combat, backed by Biowaste Blob's exponential self-copying, Biogenic Ooze's anthem and token generation, and Aeve, Progenitor Ooze as a storm payoff. The Mimeoplasm and Mimeoplasm, Revered One serve as flexible, reanimation-friendly top-end threats. The commander is the central accelerator, but the 99 contains enough graveyard tutoring and recursion that the deck can still execute a value-and-beatdown game if Uugguu is removed.
