This is a high-power Orzhov graveyard-combo and hatebears list under Squall, SeeD Mercenary. The 99 does the real work: entomb cheap combo pieces, reanimate them, and shield the winning turn with Silence effects and Rule-of-Law stax. Squall is a 4-mana 3/4 who gives a solo attacker double strike and returns a mana-value-3-or-less permanent whenever he connects. He is a convenient combat closer and recursion engine, not a combo piece and not the deck's access engine. Primary wins are compact death loops - Leonin Relic-Warder with Animate Dead, Dance of the Dead, or Necromancy plus a drain payoff, and Forsaken Miner with a sacrifice outlet and a crime trigger from Sephiroth, Fabled SOLDIER or Susurian Voidborn. Incremental aristocrats damage and a stax net of Drannith Magistrate, Archon of Emeria, and Deafening Silence back those lines up. Average mana value is 2.03 with a fast-mana base, so the deck presents early.
