This Azorius spell-slinger deck pairs Alphinaud Leveilleur and Alisaie Leveilleur, leveraging their "second spell" triggers to draw cards and reduce costs. The primary win condition is an infinite loop with Peregrine Drake, Ghostly Flicker, and Archaeomancer or Shipwreck Dowser, generating unlimited mana and cast triggers. With Archmage Emeritus on board, each flicker draws a card, emptying the library for a Laboratory Maniac kill. The deck runs efficient interaction-counterspells, removal, and a heavy instant-speed suite-and is able to piece together the combo thanks to cost reducers like Baral, Chief of Compliance and Vase of the Ramsacked Lab. Alternate wins come from Coveted Jewel plus a large hand, or general control of the board to land fliers.
