Tifa Lockhart by reinyday

Format: Commander

Commander: Tifa Lockhart

Bracket: 4

DeckCheck Threat Index: 50

Deck overview

This mono-green deck harnesses explosive Landfall synergies to power up Tifa Lockhart for lethal commander damage. Tifa doubles her power on every land entry, meaning three to five land triggers in a single turn push her base power from 1 into 16 or 32 trample damage. A dense ramp package of low-cost sorceries, extra-land enablers like Azusa, Lost but Seeking, and graveyard recursion from Ramunap Excavator guarantees continuous land drops. Once Tifa is in play, burst spells such as Scapeshift, Entish Restoration, and Awaken the Woods create immediate one-shot lethal combat steps starting on Turn 4. The deck protects its commander using an efficient defensive suite featuring Sylvan Safekeeper, Heroic Intervention, and single-mana hexproof spells. If opponents manage to remove Tifa, independent threats like Mossborn Hydra, Scute Swarm, and Rampaging Baloths turn excess land drops into an overwhelming go-wide army to close out the table.
