Deck overview

This deck leverages Tolabow, Loch Rascal to blend Blue spellslinger mechanics with Black sacrifice-draw and reanimation tools. The core strategy revolves around casting cheap cantrips, removal, and card-advantage spells to generate a wide board of 1/1 Otter creature tokens with prowess. These tokens serve a dual purpose: they fuel cost-effective sacrifice spells such as Deadly Dispute and Diabolic Intent, and they form a lethal combat swarm. The deck transitions into a game-ending state by resolving Candlekeep Inspiration or massive reanimation spells like Breach the Multiverse, converting a graveyard packed with spells into overwhelming power. A premier defensive package containing free counterspells like Force of Will and the split-second protection of Samut, Tyrant of Naktamun ensures that key win attempts resolve through opposing interaction.
