Deck overview

This deck is a high-tempo Naya Equipment and Voltron strategy led by Cloud, Ex-SOLDIER. The primary game plan accelerates into a Turn 4 Cloud deployment, immediately attaching a high-impact Equipment like Colossus Hammer, Blackblade Reforged, or Buster Sword for free using Cloud's enters-the-battlefield trigger. Because Cloud has haste, he attacks immediately on Turn 4, drawing cards and creating two Treasure tokens each turn he attacks with power 7 or greater. The deck converts this mana and card advantage into quick eliminations through lethal commander damage, extra combat steps via Tifa, Martial Artist, or an infinite combat loop using Aggravated Assault with Sword of Feast and Famine or The Reaver Cleaver. A dense tutor suite of seven dedicated Equipment tutors ensures consistent access to combo pieces and answers, while versatile protection spells like Clever Concealment and Robe of Stars safeguard the board against removal and sweepers.
