Kardur, Doomscourge by Malnor

Format: Commander

Commander: Kardur, Doomscourge

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This is a Rakdos forced-combat and group-slug deck helmed by Kardur, Doomscourge. The plan is to make the table's creatures attack each other, drain life with Kardur's death trigger, and finish with symmetrical damage and damage doublers. The deck layers goad and attack-tax pieces (Geode Rager, Kazuul, Tyrant of the Cliffs, Archfiend of Depravity) with group-draw punishers like Spiteful Visions and Stormfist Crusader to bleed the table, while a theft package (Sepulchral Primordial, Rakshasa Debaser, Dredge the Mire) turns opponents' graveyards into your board. The win is attrition: Kardur's drain plus Dictate of the Twin Gods-doubled burn (Fiery Confluence, Breath of Malfegor, Magmatic Force) grinds the table down. There are no infinite combos; the deck wants a long, grindy game where forced combat and symmetrical damage outpace everyone's recovery.
