Deck overview

This Orzhov deck is commanded by Clavileño, First of the Blessed and executes an aggressive aristocrats strategy centered on Vampire tribal synergies. The game plan focuses on curving out with cheap, evasive Vampires in the early turns, casting Clavileño on Turn 3, and attacking to mark Vampires with Demon death triggers. Free sacrifice outlets such as Bartolomé del Presidio and Yahenni, Undying Partisan convert these marked creatures into card draw and formidable 4/3 flying Vampire Demon tokens. As the flying aerial fleet expands, aristocrat drain engines like Blood Artist, Cruel Celebrant, and Sanctum Seeker bleed the table while Bloodletter of Aclazotz doubles the life loss to close out the game rapidly. In addition to wide combat pressure, the deck contains an infinite life-drain win condition through Exquisite Blood paired with Sanguine Bond or Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose.
