Deck overview

This mono-red aggro deck is built entirely around Slicer, Hired Muscle // Slicer, High-Speed Antagonist. By casting Slicer converted on Turn 3 for {2}{R}, the deck unleashes an immediate 3/4 double-striking threat that attacks on your turn and passes to each opponent on their upkeeps. Because Slicer is goaded and cannot be sacrificed, it forces 24 commander damage across the table in a single rotation. The 99 supports this aggressive clock with low-cost evasion equipment, power-boosting auras, and sudden double-damage pump spells like Two-Handed Axe // Sweeping Cleave and Unleash Fury. While Slicer generates immense pressure and forces opponents to damage one another, the deck carries significant vulnerability: passing Slicer around gives opponents multiple opportunities to remove it or throw blockers in its path. With backup threats like Alexios, Deimos of Kosmos, the deck aims to eliminate the entire table by Turn 5 before opponents can stabilize.
