Apples to Apples by user3234209

Format: Commander

Commander: Eriette of the Charmed Apple

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Eriette of the Charmed Apple is the engine of an Aura-pacifism deck: cheap Auras either pin down opposing creatures or pump her, and every Aura makes her end-step drain stronger. The primary plan is to stabilize with Aura removal, then let the drain chip away all three opponents while Eriette or an All That Glitters-boosted attacker closes with combat damage. Secondary paths are token generation from Nurturing Presence, Commanding Presence, and Oketra's Monument, plus lifegain payoffs such as Marauding Blight-Priest. There is no hidden commander; Eriette's protection effect also keeps the combat plan from being raced. The deck is a slow, linear value-control deck rather than a combo deck.
