Deck overview

The deck is a thematic Jeskai The Tenth Doctor and Rose Tyler suspend deck. Its normal plan is to develop lands and mana rocks, cast both commanders, attack to exile a nonland card with The Tenth Doctor, and use time travel to accelerate suspended spells while Rose Tyler grows. The list has useful supporting pieces: TARDIS adds cascade to a later spell, The War Doctor converts exile and phasing into damage, and Out of Time, Farewell, and Grasp of Fate answer established boards. However, the plan is slow and lacks reliable access to Rose Tyler, haste, protection, and a compact finisher at the same time. Suspended cards are delayed, combat is required, and the deck has little stack interaction. It can produce engaging value turns and occasional large attacks, but ordinary execution does not establish a dependable must-answer state or a supported three-player finish.
