Deck overview

This deck is a mono-red Dragon stompy and Treasure synergy deck led by Smaug the Magnificent. The game plan revolves around accelerating mana in the opening turns, deploying the commander or mid-sized Dragons, and accumulating Treasure tokens to amplify Smaug's attack trigger and fuel high-cost threats. The mid-game transitions into overwhelming airborne aggression by casting powerhouse Dragons such as Utvara Hellkite, Terror of the Peaks, Scourge of Valkas, and Ancient Copper Dragon. Damage multipliers like City on Fire and Twinflame Tyrant combine with extra combat spells including Relentless Assault and Overpowering Attack to close out the game rapidly once critical mass is achieved. While resilient against single-target interaction through redirection spells and protective equipment, the deck remains vulnerable to mass artifact destruction and non-damage exile board wipes.
