Extra Gruuling by user9652768

Format: Commander

Commander: Karlach, Fury of Avernus and Master Chef

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Gruul stompy deck leverages Karlach, Fury of Avernus paired with the Master Chef background to turn aggressive creature combat into lethal, multi-phase assaults. Master Chef ensures every creature enters with +1/+1 counters, immediately synergizing with counter enhancers, mana producers, and evasion enablers. Once your board is established, Karlach provides an additional combat phase with first strike. The deck closes out games through massive trample damage, counter doublers, damage multipliers like Fiery Emancipation and Gratuitous Violence, or infinite combat loops with Aggravated Assault or Hellkite Charger paired with Bear Umbra or Nature's Will.
