Deck overview

This deck is a high-velocity Jeskai spellslinger strategy commanded by Narset, Enlightened Exile. The game plan focuses on deploying efficient noncreature spell triggers early via token generators like Monastery Mentor and Young Pyromancer, followed by casting Narset to grant universal prowess to the entire team. Narset's combat trigger exiles and copies high-impact instants and sorceries from any graveyard without paying their mana costs, creating massive tempo swings. The deck converts card velocity into a decisive finish around Turns 5–6 by chaining low-cost cantrips, leveraging extra turn spells like Time Warp, and delivering lethal trample damage with Balmor, Battlemage Captain and Crash Through. While vulnerable to heavy graveyard hate and sweepers, its dense redundancy and card velocity provide strong recovery and backup paths.
