Deck overview

This deck is a 5-color midrange build centered on Nick Fury, Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D. and a thematic roster of Marvel Heroes, Vehicles, and Equipment. The primary game plan revolves around fixing all five colors of mana to activate Nick Fury's Power-up ability, digging deep to cheat formidable threats directly onto the battlefield. Key hits include transforming Bruce Banner // The Incredible Hulk for trample-fueled extra combats, dropping Doc Samson, Super Psychiatrist to scale +1/+1 counters, or leveraging All Will Be One for direct burn. The deck features a respectable suite of low-cost counterspells and removal to contest threatening opposing plays. However, its mana base contains extensive tap-land friction that slows acceleration, pushing reliable assembly to Turn 6 and critical onset to Turn 7. Without infinite loops, the deck grinds down the table through repeated combat turns and incremental burn, winning around Turn 10 while remaining exposed to mass removal.
