Daredevil, Catholic Guilt by mtg123

Format: Commander

Commander: Daredevil, Fearless Fighter

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a mono-red self-damage redirection deck helmed by Daredevil, Fearless Fighter. The core plan weaponizes pain lands, group-slug enchantments, and attack triggers that hurt you, then redirects that damage to opponents via Daredevil while doubling it through effects like Solphim, Mayhem Dominus, Twinflame Tyrant, and Fiendish Duo. Lifelink Equipment (Shadowspear, Basilisk Collar, Loxodon Warhammer) keeps the pilot alive through the feedback loop. Secondary paths include Heartless Hidetsugu finishers, Repercussion blowouts, and combat pressure from haste threats and Neheb, the Eternal mana floods. The commander also impulse-draws on attack, turning every swing into card advantage at the cost of more self-damage that immediately becomes table damage. The deck wins through layered burn rather than a single infinite, leveraging red's classic chaos and rituals for explosive turns.
