Deck overview

Shadow the Hedgehog leads a Rakdos value-and-combo deck built around haste creature deaths. The primary plan is to churn tokens and haste creatures through sacrifice outlets, using Shadow to draw cards and Bastion of Remembrance, Zulaport Cutthroat, and Marionette Apprentice to drain the table. Artifact mana matters twice: it ramps and it makes key spells split second via Chaos Control. The deterministic win is a loop with Ashnod's Altar, Pitiless Plunderer, and Timeline Culler, fueled by drain payoffs. If the loop is not available, Insurrection, Mob Rule, and Firbolg Flutist steal an opponent's board and attack with haste. Knuckles the Echidna and Hellkite Tyrant provide a slower artifact-based alternate win.
