Deck overview

This deck is a focused Mono-Green Bear Tribal stompy deck led by Beorn the Fierce. The primary strategy deploys efficient 2-drop Bear creatures during the early turns, accelerates mana using efficient green ramp, and casts Beorn on Turn 4. Once Beorn enters the battlefield, its combat trigger provides permanent trample counters, an anthem buff to all other Bears, and draws two cards each turn cycle when controlling three or more Bears. The deck scales its board presence through +1/+1 counter engines like Innkeeper's Talent and Dancing from Dark to Dawn, while secondary lords like Ayula, Queen Among Bears, Goreclaw, Terror of Qal Sisma, and Ruxa, Patient Professor push massive trampling and unblockable combat damage. A robust suite of green protection spells shields the creature board from opposing sweepers and spot removal, enabling a steady combat clock that eliminates the table over three response cycles.
