Commander: Vivi Ornitier

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Izzet spellslinger deck is built around Vivi Ornitier as a scaling mana engine and incremental damage dealer. The core game plan is to cast a high volume of instants and sorceries, growing Vivi's power to generate ever-increasing amounts of colored mana, while simultaneously triggering a host of magecraft payoffs for tokens, card draw, and direct damage. Key win conditions include grinding opponents down with Guttersnipe, Caldera Pyremaw, and Vivi's own ping, supported by a token army from Young Pyromancer, Manaform Hellkite, and Third Path Iconoclast. The deck lacks a deterministic infinite combo, instead relying on copying spells (Expansion, Narset's Reversal, Return the Favor) to multiply value and eventually overwhelm three opponents through sustained pressure.
