Deck overview

This deck is a high-powered competitive Commander storm build centered around Vivi Ornitier. Vivi's passive ability puts a +1/+1 counter on itself and deals 1 damage to each opponent whenever you cast a noncreature spell, while its active ability generates red and blue mana equal to its power once per turn. By attaching Curiosity, Ophidian Eye, or soulbonding Tandem Lookout to Vivi, each noncreature spell cast deals damage to all three opponents and triggers three separate card draws. This allows you to chain through your deck with 0-mana rocks, rituals, and cantrips, accumulating mana and growing Vivi until the table takes 40 lethal damage. As an alternate win condition, the deck features the classic Underworld Breach, Lion's Eye Diamond, and Brain Freeze storm package. Backed by a dense suite of free countermagic and fast mana, the deck consistently threatens protected wins on turns 2 to 3.
