Deck overview

This is a Golgari Elf-ball deck helmed by High Perfect Morcant, using the commander as a multiplicative ETB engine rather than the sole win condition. Every Elf that enters forces each opponent to put a -1/-1 counter on a creature they control, and the commander's tap-three-Elves proliferate ability adds a persistent poison and counter-advantage subtheme. The deck pairs explosive mana Elves like Priest of Titania, Elvish Archdruid, and Circle of Dreams Druid with token producers like Lathril, Blade of the Elves, Imperious Perfect, and Elvish Warmaster. It then closes through one of several avenues: go-wide pump from Ezuri, Renegade Leader, infect via Triumph of the Hordes and Inkmoth Nexus, poison proliferated by Karn's Bastion, or an infinite-mana Staff of Domination loop. The commander is a strong amplifier, but the deck's core engine lives in the 99.
