Shadows of the Woodland Realm 7.22 by cutlerm42

Format: Commander

Commander: Thranduil, the Elvenking

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This Sultai Elf deck plans to go wide with tokens and lords while using Thranduil, the Elvenking as a draw engine and as a living graveyard that copies Elf activated abilities. The primary finish is a single large combat: build a ten-Elf board, then activate Ezuri, Renegade Leader's overrun multiple times (or drop Coat of Arms) to deal 120+ damage. A hidden commander is Lathril, Blade of the Elves - on the battlefield her drain ends games, and in the graveyard Thranduil can copy it. Secondary lines use Marwyn/Archdruid mana and repeated legendary Elf ETBs for card advantage. Mana dorks, token makers, and lords overlap to make the plan redundant.
