Format: Commander

Commander: K'rrik, Son of Yawgmoth

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This mono-black K'rrik deck turns life into mana to power graveyard loops and big drain spells. K'rrik lets you cast black spells for life, so you accelerate while building devotion and card advantage. The main plan assembles a Gray Merchant loop with Chainer, Animate Dead effects and a free sacrifice outlet to drain the table, or sets up a doubled Exsanguinate/Torment with Bloodletter of Aclazotz. Bolas's Citadel, Necropotence and Peer into the Abyss refill your hand and fuel Skirge Familiar mana. Chainer acts as a hidden commander for recursion. The deck wins through repeated life loss, not combat, and can pivot to Aetherflux Reservoir storm when graveyard lines fail.
