Pandemonic Clown by Rushiano

Format: Commander

Commander: Kefka, Court Mage // Kefka, Ruler of Ruin

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Grixis Wizard build uses Kefka, Court Mage's front face as a hand-disruption and draw engine: each entry or attack forces every opponent to discard, then Kefka draws a card for each card type among those discards. The back face, Kefka Ruler of Ruin, is the finisher mode-transforming for {8}, any opponent life loss becomes card draw that loops with Psychosis Crawler and Niv-Mizzet, Parun. Niv-Mizzet is the hidden commander and the cleanest kill with Curiosity; Grievous Wound + Wound Reflection and Summon: Primal Odin + Rogue's Passage are secondary closes. The deck works without Kefka at reduced speed through the Wizard token/noncreature-spell package, but its main draw engine is tied to him.
