Deck overview

This deck is an upkeep-centric combat engine helmed by Obeka, Splitter of Seconds. The primary strategy accelerates Obeka onto the battlefield on Turn 3 or 4, grants her evasion via cards like Aqueous Form or Brotherhood Regalia, and attacks. Dealing combat damage generates additional upkeep steps equal to the damage dealt. These bonus upkeeps multiply the value of powerful enchantments and creatures, including the Court cycle, Twilight Prophet, Plargg and Nassari, and Dragonmaster Outcast. The deck can rapidly strip opponents' hands, create armies of 5/5 Dragons, or directly burn players out with Court of Ire. Supported by a dense suite of 2-mana artifacts, efficient interaction, and protection equipment, the deck transitions smoothly from early ramp into explosive mid-game turns.
