Deck overview

Disa the Restless commands a Jund midrange deck that leverages the Lhurgoyf kindred mechanic to cheat massive threats onto the battlefield. The strategy focuses on accelerating mana in the opening turns, deploying Disa on Turn 4, and utilizing targeted graveyard tutors like Buried Alive or Entomb to dump multiple Lhurgoyfs directly from the library into play. When Pyrogoyf, Polygoyf, and Barrowgoyf enter simultaneously, Pyrogoyf deals immediate burst damage to opposing boards while creating a lethal combat force. Token generation from Disa's combat damage trigger compounds board presence with additional Tarmogoyf tokens, fueling card draw via Garruk's Uprising and Greater Good. The deck protects its engine using free interaction like Deflecting Swat and Deadly Rollick, while cards like Living Death and Six provide resilient backup recursion. By merging explosive creature deployment, direct burn triggers, and trample combat damage, the deck reliably closes games across two response cycles.
